15+ Years Experience in Heading Sales for Bakery Fats / Flavours / Food Prep / Food Ingredients / Fruit Plup / Ingredients, with a track record of turning around business, Premier B School Passout with Degree in Technology / Food Tech.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. To manage by monitoring and guiding the overall development of sales for India, with the aim of volume, turnover, profit, and market share success.

2. Directly ensure key account management of some major clients.

3. Pilote, coordinate all support functions (procurement, supply chain, production- .) so that the vertical is getting more and more profitable and improve profitability constantly by the integration of the activities

4. Coordinates the proper market analysis and understanding - identify opportunities and define a route to markets

5. Supervise, coach and guide Sales and NPD teams related to Business Unit

6. Visit clients with the rest of the teams as much as necessary to support them

7. Supervise and is finally responsible for sales forecast, budgets of Business Unit

8. Validate all sales offers and contracts prepared by the rest of the sales team

9. Prepare and update all sales policies and follow implementation after validation by Board if required
