Head - B2B Marketing - Internet/eCommerce - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (3-8 yrs)

As a Marketing Head, you will :

- Build and execute the strategy to develop organization as the most trusted and reliable brand in India ecosystem among businesses and end customers.

- Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, DBM, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs etc. to optimise the campaigns and ensure effective communication across the internal team (Content, Communication, PR and Branding, Design, Retail sales, Agency, etc) occurs and work with teams to resolve issues.

- Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing.

- Manage offline brand activites including BTL activities, branding, advertisement and help the company get access to more demand and supply and drive brand awareness.

Preferred Background :

- MBA from Tier I institute is marketing and subsequent 3-6 years of relevant experience in the B2B setup.

- Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation, and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategy.
