Head - B2B/Enterprise Sales - EduTech (12-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop the Enterprise sales strategy and grow Enterprise membership
- Work with Corporate Marketing & Business Development team to develop strategies to drive new member acquisition, and meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop comprehensive reporting on sales channels and sales funnel growth.
- Coach and motivate the BD / Sales team in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize leads pipeline creation, conversion rates
- Understand target companies- business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate Hive's value proposition
- Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with corporate heads of real estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders to grow existing and new accounts
- Carry out market research and surveys, monitor competitors and market conditions, participate in sales events
