Role: Head - B2B Ecommerce (Outright)
Location: Bangalore
Level: AGM
Reporting to: Channel Head - E-commerce
Experience: 8-10 years, of which at least 4-5 years should have been in core eCommerce.
Education: MBA, preferably from premium B School
Should have managed an experienced team (at Mgr/ Sr. Mgr levels) in the current or previous role.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction setting, and clear strategic focus to manage & grow brand, category portfolio for B2B/ Outright E-Commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc).
- Lead a team of KAMs to drive sales - primary sales revenue and secondary sales revenue.
- Drive online business strategies, online experience & ecosystem, Sales forecasting, and inventory levels.
- Gain overall market share: primary & secondary market share in outright accounts
- Stakeholder management: Liaise with category managers on respective portals for planning monthly sales and identifying growth opportunities
- Inventory management: Work with internal sourcing/ production teams to create inward plan as per requirement; deploy inventory to portal warehouses; ensure inventory sufficiency, reduce non-selling inventory as per portal guidelines
- Listing: ensure availability of ecommerce SKUs are live on respective portals
