Head/AVP/VP - Digital Wok Place - IT Services

This is an AVP/ VP - Digital Work Place role with an IT Services Organization. The incumbent should have Digital Work Place Life Cycle Management experience in a similar organization.

This would include leading a large team of 500+ and reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Role and Responsibilities include:

- Digital Work Place: Digital Strategy, Transformation Strategy, Digital Business Models

- Revenue and Margin

- Operations Management

- Technology: Microsoft VDI Framework, Desktop Virtualization, MDOP, Mobility, AGPM,MBAM

Skill sets expected:

1. 20+ years BU Management or Technology Management experience in global IT organization

2. Broad industry experience with global IT perspective

3. Ability to handle senior management level people in the Accounts and Engagement management

4. Understanding of industry best practices for BU Management

5. Technical aptitude for IT and (all areas) and Digital Transformations

6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Good facilitator and instructor, capable of producing quality documentation, good customer relationship skills

7. Ability to synthesize complex technical details into coherent technical solution.

8. Ability to lead business managers and project teams to consensus

9. Confidence to speak-up and challenge ideas and propose alternatives. Desire to constantly seek and offer constructive feedback
