Head/AVP/VP - Collections - Services Industry

Seeking for a fortune 200 services company a proactive collections expert.

- The incumbent will be a setting a pioneering role and perhaps an Industry first.

- The incumbent will have a strong orientation to collections processes, systems, operations, analytics and proactive strategies for booking and realsing revenue.

- The role will require working closely with CFOs/CHROs of large organizations 15 to 25 in number and may deal with portfolio of about 200 crores.

- Knowledge of insurance placements and insurance broking may be very useful.

- The candidate should have close to 10 years of experience and must be extremenly proactive and know best practices in collection in the b2b space.

The title could be AVP/VP and will have immense growth opportunity.
