Head/AVP - Networks & Security - BPO/ITeS

Role : AVP / Head - Networks and Security

Location : Delhi NCR

- Lead a team of experienced engineers, maintaining ultimate responsibility for global, end-to-end delivery of key areas of Organisations India network, including capacity management, implementation, automation, standards, process management and change control

- Identify and mitigate potential risks through analysis of operational performance metrics, network capacity and supplier issues

- Maintaining of Data Center infra structure for network and security platform

- Network Performance development planning, designing and implementation and monitoring

- Working with ISP for delivery of network services as per agreed SLA

Preferred knowledge & Hands-on experience desired in :

- Configuring & Troubleshooting Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls.

- Configuring & Troubleshooting Firewalls Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5 systems

- Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN's (IPSec and Remote access) on firewalls.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

- Should have good understanding of Network Hardening

- Optimization of application traffic using optimization products e.g. Riverbed, Citrix

- Handling CISCO ACI Data center infrastructure

- Planning, Designing Implementation and operation of large Wireless infra with BYOD solution

- Implementation and operation of cisco ISE

- Planning, Designing, implementation of CISCO VOIP solutions

- Experience in the design, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of network technologies, topologies, and vendors

- Experience in network or voice engineering as a team guide and technical engineering manager

- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale network implementations & upgrades

- Persuasive and effective communicator, skilled in presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences

- Experience with metrics, forecasting, planning, and developing organizational roadmaps and direction.

- Experience installing, and basic configuration of, enterprise or carrier grade networking equipment: routers, switches, firewalls, encoders.

- Experience in wireless, or wireline communication

- Experience on Proxy services e.g Websense

- Cloud security / CASB solutions and On-prem security operation experience

- Handling audit for network and Security products

- Experience managing large teams and with vendor management or remote people management.

Preferred Qualification :

- 14+ years- experience developing solutions and leading technology teams for large IT/ITES, Telecom, ISP or global organizations responsible for developing global solutions across networking, telephony, video, unified communications & collaboration

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

- CCNA, CCNP certification mandatory, CCIE preferred
