Looking to hire AVP Technology Excellence for a Global Manufacturing Company . Mumbai . Engineer MBA with 20 years of Strong experience in IT Infra, Enterprise and IT Security . Hands On Experience in creating technology Strategy Technology Budgeting and Investment, Strong Leadership and Technical Skills.

- Should have handled IT function Independently

Role Involves :

- Creating Group Level technology Strategy

- Transform Business Models

- Build IT capabilities

- Bring the thought leadership in modern technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Block chain and its impact on internal processes for higher efficiency for Technology Excellence COE group.

- Create/develop and drive a 3 to 5 year technology strategy and roadmap that is aligned with business objectives, while creating information systems flexibility and scalability for Technology Excellence COE group

- Continue to build-up the IT capabilities and platform aligned with current and future business needs

- Lead and drive group-level IT initiatives including strategic IT envisioning, planning, cultivating and dispensing IT solutions besides leading IT infrastructure, IT operations, applications, information security and business continuity functions

- Working closely with the business to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, manage costs, assess risk, as well as identify, evaluate and evangelize new technologies

- Incorporate best-in-class IT governance standards and best practices for Technology Excellence COE group.

- Setting and monitoring budgets (human, financial, material resources)

- Manage a team of people across verticals. Bring desired savings every year.
