Head/AVP - Human Resources - FMCG/Consumer Durable/Manufacturing/Chemicals (15-25 yrs)
- The position reports to the CHRO of the organization.
- The incumbent will be responsible for HR & IR across multiple manufacturing locations.
- HR & IR teams of manufacturing sites will report to this position.
- To Partner with leaders across levels & functions to coach, support and guide for implementing global/ local Employee relations, Human rights and compliance at all the plants.
- Develop and execute strategies for cost optimization, performance management and change management.
- To drive best ER/IR/HR practices in manufacturing.
- To develop & deliver key process improvement programs in Capability, Succession planning, EVP and D&I plans.
