Head - AVP - Digital Practice - Big4 IT/ITES (18-25 yrs)
We are looking for Digital Practice Head for one of the Big4 IT/ITES company.
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/US
Reporting: Vertical Head
P&L responsibility of around - $150 M.
- Grow digital transformation solutions practice across geographies with KPI's such as ROI from solutions, Deal win ratio, client success factor, Resource Utilization etc
- Identify Digital service offerings, Digital solutions; Enable Sales to effectively position offerings
- Lead discussions at CXO level on Transformation Strategy, & Blueprint
- Lead Digital Opportunity proposals (RFP/RFI) from Solution perspective; Attend Proposal Defense
- Manage client visits, deliver capability pitch to customers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Create Digital service offerings, Digital solutions leveraging on latest digital technologies
- P&L responsibility with Direct Reportees (Director Level)
- Manage Revenue and Gross Profit Targets for Digital Practice and grow revenues through domain led offerings and consulting
- Should have an experience in managing fairly large teams (5000+)
- Must have managed HI-tech clients in past (Google/Yahoo/Uber/Linkedin/Apple/Motorola/Facebook/Amazon)
