Head - Automotive Performance (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty component and facilitate process for repairs.
2. Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs.
3. Ensures high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
4. Should be highly skilled and competent in handling super cars/exotic cars like Bentley, Lamborghini, Aston Martin etc.
5. Must have knowledge of all the technical aspects relating to performance of the cars, after market modifications.
6. Must be good in communication and experienced in handling multiple stakeholders.
7. Should have worked with top leaders of the company/ organisation.
Skills Required:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Good technical knowledge about high end cars.
3. Well-versed in conducting vehicle inspections to identify faults and initiate repairs.
Compensation:
Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Indians working abroad in similar roles and willing to relocate to India can also apply.
