Head - Audit/Risk/Environment/Social/Governance

About:

- The Head of Audit, Risk, and ESG will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and sustainability of our business operations.

- This role will oversee audit functions, manage risk and compliance strategies, and drive our ESG agenda.

- The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team of 6-7 professionals and work closely with the CFO to enhance the Group's overall governance framework.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the internal audit function, ensuring comprehensive and effective audit processes.

- Develop and implement audit plans and schedules to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

- Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the Group.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Lead the development and execution of the Group's ESG strategy and initiatives.

- Ensure alignment of ESG practices with industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
