Head/Associate Director/Principal - Strategy Consulting - Government/PSU/State Engagement (15-18 yrs)

The objective of the role is as follows:

- Increasing the contribution of Priority Accounts with government

- Identify and work with brand-defining clients within PSU/Ministries

- Improve client loyalty

The person will be responsible for building relationships, getting new business and driving incremental growth on priority accounts in PSU/Ministries

Responsibilities Profitable growth

- Assist Account Leader in identifying client priorities and accordingly preparing account plan with relationship mapping, target revenue, etc.

- Support in defining team for client focus from different competencies and territories

- Proactive client workshops based on a topical theme within govt consulting

- Understand firms priority services and proactively take these propositions to clients

- Building and own principal sec/key influencers relationships.

- Map existing relationships and identify possible opportunities for business.

Meet client executives to understand initiatives/requirements and generate leads for the firm

- Facilitating communications between PMUs for a coordinated approach for identified opportunities.

- Work closely with identified teams to contribute in the shaping of the proposition; ensuring timely submission of approach notes/proposal

- Helping the delivery/pursuit teams understand relationships, client problems/needs/industry issues specific to a proposition; leveraging existing relationships that may contribute to a winning proposal

- Drive client communication and proposal closure and strong implementation

- Troubleshooting point-of-contact for clients within ministries

- Sharing best practices with other teams
