- Identified and maintain relationship with various Alliance partners for scaling up business

- Leading the Portfolio Management and Customer Service Team for delivering superior service and ensuring optimal loan performance. Ensuring portfolio quality standards is a very key deliverable

- Usage of Technology and Analytics towards imparting "Fintec DNA" within the organization

- Strategizing for Effective & Efficient Ops and IT functioning

- Monitoring Operational Activities in branches

- Managing the Core Banking System Application

- Planning & Implementing cost-effective IT Infrastructure for the Organization
