Head - Artificial Intelligence/Analytics - Product Firm

- The incumbent will be playing a senior leadership role, one down to the CTPO and will be responsible for formulating and delivering on the product vision of core AI/ML and analytics products/platform for the world's largest financial software platform.

Our client is a privately held, California headquartered product organization, serving clients in the BFSI industry with the world's most powerful financial CRM system.

Description

- Driving and owning the end to end product lifecycle from concept to delivery for core AI/ML and analytics products/platforms

- Setting up the product vision and delivering on the same

- Evaluating and architecting of platforms; recommending which stack to move ahead with

- Growing the team in skill and headcount

Profile

Must Haves:

- Techno-functional experience

- Experience of working on analytics of large data sets (2-3 tb of data)

- Proven experience open source platforms

- AI/Analyitcs experience

- Track record of building critical enterprise application, preferably in banking domain

- Thought leadership and financial success - what feature would be feasible for the customer

- Frugal innovation with an entrepreneurial mind set

Good to Haves:

- Preferable experience of enterprise application in banking

- Startup/entrepreneurial experience
