- Demonstrate outstanding architecture and design expertise through prior experience of building mobile applications and related middlewares to support superior client experience

- Drive the team by setting the technical direction & evolution of the system architecture by making appropriate technology choices in terms of the latest technology

- Manage people, projects and engineering process management skills including but not restricted to hiring, mentoring, planning, delivery management, process improvement, stakeholder management, risk management etc.

- Hands-on comfort with coding, cloud, security, scalability, performance optimization and reliability

- Should be the primary owner of the architecture and will be responsible for scalability, performance and quality of products.

- Manage stakeholders such as developers, testers, project managers, senior management and external vendors

- Interface with the product team for the requirements

- Knowledge, empathy, courage and sense of ownership required to naturally establish yourself as a leader within a team of bright engineers and leaders

- Must be aware of cloud technologies and be able to architect a cloud adoption strategy wherever required

- Skills - Go, Node JS, Kafka, Kinesis, REDIS, NGINX, kinesis, Elastic Search, Varnish, SQL, MYSQL, MongoDB,

- 2+ years of experience of managing or supervising teams of software engineers

- Must have built solutions using the Amazon cloud stack. Should also understand compliance / security and be sound on Agile Development methodologies . Must be conversant with CICD pipelines.

- Go Lang/Node JS/REDIS are few of the technologies that the candidate must have worked on..

- It would be preferred if he is currently working in a startup / mobile / web front ends and middlewares.

- Typically, 4- 5 plus years of exp with mobile apps. Added advantage for gaming and financial apps.
