Head-App Development - We are looking for a high energy technology leader having deep knowledge of Application Development with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Your primary charter will be to drive technology initiatives from conception to customer adoption in a fast-paced environment. - This is a multi-faceted role, where you will be required to anticipate business needs, understand business processes, identify solutions/features that will deliver business value, and manage the execution. In this role, you will: - Lead all development activities under digital transformation initiatives for existing business as well as for new lines of businesses - Own technology roadmaps from creation to execution - Guide and monitor development efforts ; technology evaluation, architectural choices, setting up SDLC and tool-chains, quality - Own capacity planning, budgeting - Own Stakeholder management - Own team management ; hiring, performance management, motivating, training Candidate Profile Required: - Demonstrated track record of technology leadership, software delivery management, leading initiatives from concept to commissioning - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Toolchains, Software Quality - Command over mobile and web application development - Experience building scalable systems will be considered a plus - Broad understanding of devops, cloud - Experience working with business teams - Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead by example - Strong people management skills ; ability to setup and motivate teams, resolve conflicts Following will be considered a plus - Experience with Financial services, especially lending business - Experience with Data Science, Analytics - Experience working under regulatory/compliance frameworks Other must-have attitudes: - Entrepreneurial, growth mind-set - Highly driven, results oriented, self-motivated individual - Excellent communication skills.
