Role: Head of Analytics (BA)

We are looking for a Head of Analytics to organize our analytics function and manage our team of analysts. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.

In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. If you also have solid industry experience, we'd like to meet you. The Head of Analytics ensures that the business in its various departments understands its own health, finds growth levers, and identifies opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Data visualization and reporting structure of the company

- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

- Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources

- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions

- Lead and develop a team of data analysts

- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of digital tracking: data collection, data processing, and reporting

- Functional knowledge of social media metrics and third-party reporting tools; familiarity with web technology and web analytics

- Able to design client-specific strategic service offerings and approaches that will quantitatively demonstrate value through the development and implementation of fresh and innovative marketing approaches that deliver business results

- Integrates work with other teams including Operations, Account Teams, and Technology

- Actively mentors team members focused on modeling, reporting, and campaign management based on personal experiences and skills in these areas of focus

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist

- Good to have from NIT/IIT/BITS/IIM/TISS

- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus

- Background in market research and project management

- Knowledge of Excel, R, and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)

- Superb communication skills
