- Our client is one of the fastest growing NBFCs.

- Experience in predictive analytics and information management for Banking and Financial Services

- Develop quantitative/qualitative/hybrid scorecards for risk assessment of housing finance product chain

- Develop separate scorecards for delinquent and non-delinquent customer pools.

- Develop and monitor strategies for collection recoveries with test and control approach.

- Responsible for model development, validations, implementation and monitoring.

- Scorecard will be useful for cost reduction through selective data sampling

- These scorecards will enable independent decision making and risk based pricing.

- Develop logistic regression based scorecard to identify fraudulent loan applications

- Use relevant techniques, as applicable, to prioritize over-due accounts for recoveries using demographics, repayment and customer interaction parameters.

- Establish cross/repeat sell processes to existing customers.

- Identify business growth opportunities using internal/external data.
