Job requirement:

Experience- 10-15 yrs

Skill Set Required - SAS, Python - Machine Learning, data science

 Education Background- Tier Institutes (IIT/IIM/JNU/ISI/DSE)

Role Requirement

- Experience in any of the analytical tools like SAS, R, Python, Machine Learning for 10-15 years.

- Hands on experience in statistical techniques like logistic regression, clustering, segmentation etc. Shall have exposure with Digital Analytics/ Adobe Analytics/ Web analytics etc.

- The candidate is expected to lead a team of 150+ analysts.

- Candidate is expected to bring in a consultative mindset and problem solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team

- Experience in different domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle is must

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with senior accounts manager in US

- Candidate should have excellent people management skills and must have team lead a team of 100 + people

- Candidate should be open to travel to client locations (US) as required

Key Skills :

- Experience using SAS to analyse and solve business problems

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency

- Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
