Head - Analytics - KPO (10-16 yrs)
- Analytics leader is responsible for driving and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, marketing, and investment planning across the business.
- Should provide Data driven insights/ Consumer insights to derive data and outcomes into reporting, presentation and dashboard models.
- An ideal candidate is expected to support other cross functional teams and departmental leaders in making strategic, data-driven decisions, in regard to new products, additional use cases, customer segments, investments, among other subjects.
- Should determines the adoption of suitable reporting tools & automation tools that drive innovation and create an advantage for the business to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Should expected to lead the data analyst teams in research, development, and implementation of appropriate
data systems that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.
Professional Experience
- A highly talented Analytics leader with 10+ years of exceptional hands-on experience in building and applying advanced analytics solutions.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Technology or a related quantitative field, is required.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic Analytics roadmaps to advance business capabilities.
- Develop and operate solutions that optimize and automate business decisions using large data sets and algorithms
- Demonstrated thought-leadership with a passion for translating data into action and business insights.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, algorithmic foundations of optimization
- Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, R, Scala.
