- Responsible for business intelligence for entire organisation and manage a team of 10. - Drives performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business KPIs. - In-charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to particular problems. - Collaborate and ideate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic questions - Be proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying new problems that can be solved through analytics. - Well versed with product analytics, marketing analytics, call center, partners and departmental KPI related analytics. - Ensuring consistency and a single source of truth for data around the organization. - Functional knowledge of Python, SPSS, R, Tableau and other data visualization tools This is an analytics role, not a data science role.
