Responsibilities

- Have been head for Business Analytics, Product analytics, Big Data Engineering and Decision Sciences across roles

- Shaping decisions around growth, loyalty and personalization by introduction of sustainable Analytics / Data Science solutions (smart baskets, offer led buying, Finding Method optimization, Quality construct of freshness, consumer engagement across sessions, etc.)

- Driving data driven product solutions in the conversion funnel (Graded actions, etc.) and reverse leg of consumer journey.

- Building models for consumer intent and anxiety, driving channel shaping and enabling non-linear scaling of the customer care centres (Contextual Self-Serve, Chat Bots, improving Voice channel resolutions using model based solutions such as Incident Journey Score and Customer Journey Score).

- Building a holistic consumer experience view for (pain and delight) covering 14 journey nodes (Discovery, Pricing, Selection, Checkout, Catalog, Payments, Delivery, Installation, Returns, Customer Care etc.).

- Guiding the organization on where and how to invest, driver models and measurements, new capability build and experimentation.

- Managed the M&A integration with focus on long tail marketplace movement, growing refurbishment in mobiles profitably, bringing international selection (imports) to Indian buyers, and growing exports through selection and search drivers.

- Head of Basket Building Analytics to shape the consumer behavior in the fashion portfolio (D2R, Vertical Attach constructs).

- Head of Data Management: Managed the Multifold scale-up of the Data Platform on the consumption side.

- Headed Corporate Strategy, Deployment and Enterprise Performance Management for about 9 months with focus on Balanced Scorecard set-up, strategic prioritization process and organization build of charters, metrics and performance governance.

- Led Supply Chain and Procurement product / process excellence charter.

Requirements

- Ability to work in team/individual and being a part of all decision-making process, proactive

- and supply great ideas which would increase efficiency.

- rapidly growing environment.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 12+ years professional experience in software development.
