Description

As the Head of Analytics you will be responsible for :

- Setting and scaling up the analytics department

- Creating simplified and sanitised dashboards

- Slicing and dicing of data, and tracking KPIs efficiently

- Building predictive models for claims, pricing and fraud control

Profile

As an Ideal candidate for Head of Analytics role you should have :

- 10+ years of experience in analytics

- 2+ years of experience in Insurance industry

- team leading experience

- exposure to claims analytics

- Hands on expertise with visualisation tools like Qlickview, Tableau etc.

- Understanding of machine learning/ predictive modelling using R/Python
