Head - Analytics

- Hiring for an organisation based out of western suburbs, Mumbai. Position can be based out of Mumbai / Bangalore.

- Create and maintain a unified data warehouse for the data existing across data sources across the functions

- Identify the key business metrics and provide analytic models and data visualisation

- Create processes for enhancing data systems - Set-up processes for usage of existing data

- Create data insights and feedback loop for marketing and sales

- Lead scoring (Predictive analytics)

- Performance marketing optimization - targeting, channel mix, media, creatives, etc.

- Website - SEO, UI/UX etc.

- Customer journey/engagement analytics

- Sales reports - Learner analytics

- User personalisation - Plan and initiate various other data projects for business support - Set-up daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for the senior management

Mandatory Skils:

- B.Tech/ M. Tech. or equivalent qualification

- Data Modelling:- development, assessment, hypothesis testing and validations covering Classification, Attribution, Simulation, Forecasting, Predictive / Prescriptive modeling, Summarizations, Clustering, Digital analytics, Social Media analytics, Contextual, Unstructured data analytics, AI, Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques

- Effective communication with the internal customers to ensure successful execution with ownership

- Managing a team of 8-10 people
