They have been growing exponentially over the years and are considered as one of the industry leaders in their domain. As part of their future growth plans, they are currently looking to hire Head-Analytics based out of Gurgaon.
Job Description
As the Head-Analytics you will :
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders like technology leads, data scientists to drive strategies for the organization
- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Business Problems
- Lead an analytics team dedicated to improve growth, engagement, retention, monetization for our clients
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team of Analysts
- Hire and develop additional talented analysts
- Strong aptitude along with good understanding of the eCommerce, banking, cards and payments space
- Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members
- Manage projects and assist in managing Client Relationships
The Successful Applicant :
As a Successful Applicant you need to have :
- Masters degree in Management, Stats, Economics or B.Tech from Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, ISI, DSE, MDI, XLRI
- 8-10 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Big data Analytics, Machine Learning
- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Clustering, Decision trees
- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, SQL and Excel
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Self Motivated and dedicated individual with leadership and decision making skills
- Ability to build and mentor large teams
- Good understanding of various aspects of business- Finance, Operations, Product and Technology
