Job Description : - Looking for an incumbent who can an build and lead a high performance data science team for a leading Financial product organization focused on Digital solutions and SME lending. Role : - Build and Lead high performance data science team, execute analytics roadmap, in partnership with cross-functional leads, Build scalable Analytics and Data Science platform. - Build robust Risk scoring platform and Marketing Analytics capabilities using new age technologies. - managing a team of Cognitive AI experts who would solve problems in the areas of (NLP / Text Mining / Image Processing) - Lead the design and development of predictive models in Risk scoring (Scorecard Development), Marketing analytics using data collected from various channels. leverages advanced statistical modelling, machine learning, and/or data mining techniques. - Accountable for identifying incremental business opportunities through data based, advanced analytical solutions focusing on entire customer life cycle across all businesses and generating relevant and actionable customer behavior insights that result in significant business impact. - Lead and/or participate in the design of state-of-the-art software tools to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and/or unstructured data that are often sparsely populated and prone to data inaccuracies. - Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments / trends in the analytics space and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new ideas in current and future strategies. - Teaches business teams to translate data and model results into tactical and strategic insights that are complete, accurate, relevant, understandable and actionable to businesses. Role Requirements : Looking for someone with a right blend of experience across Data Science, Business Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Cognitive AI (NLP / Text Mining / Image Processing - any one will do) - experience in building and leading high performance data science teams delivering on tangible business gains across multiple business functions. - Strong background in machine learning and Deep Learning - Prior hands on experience in R, Python - Strong story boarding and effective stakeholder management skills.
