Key Responsibilities 1) Own the Analytics agenda for world-wide operations 2) Be the custodian of data driven decision making across functions. Advice stakeholders across functional areas on solving challenges and identifying and tapping opportunities 3) Develop and manage project roadmap in line with broader organizational strategy 4) Manage a small team while also executing projects in individual capacity 5) Ensure 100% consistent data reporting with one central source of truth 6) Work closely with Technology team to ensure comprehensive data capturing 7) Leverage data science and machine learning to unravel levers of improvement across customer experience, revenue and operations Qualification 1) 8+ years of experience in Analytics 2) Ideally, Undergrad in Engineering followed by an MBA 3) Ability to see the big picture, manage stakeholders and play advisor to senior stakeholders 4) Uber proficient with MS Excel, Google spreadsheets, SQL queries 5) Google Analytics and R/ Python in the least 6) Ability to create intuitive dashboards and data visualizations in short lead times 7) Proficient with statistical techniques for clustering, logistic regression and setting up machine learning algorithms 8) Proficiency with PPT, and the ability to put together well thought out storylines for strategic recommendations
