Head of Analytics- BI- Mumbai

Job Description:

Below are some of the details of the job:

1. Heading the Business Intelligence Unit involved in conceptualising and driving the Analytics agenda for the Bank, spanning across Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science & Risk Analytics ecosystems.

2. Lead in building a data ecosystem spreading across "System of Records", "System of Science" and "System of Insights"

3. Working closely with the business teams to build and represent business intelligence reports through automation, build analytics platform and capabilities using AL & ML interventions etc.

4. Provide thought leadership in intelligence investment and usage of technology advancements to better the predictive and forecasting platforms for the Bank.

5. Driving meaningful modelling interventions around Customer Analytics including improving product adoptions, marketing analytics, collections analytics etc.

6. Lead a team of diverse data specialists to deliver best in class business intelligence reporting and analytics services to the internal customers in the Bank.

Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 13 years of hands-on Analytics experience preferably in the Banking/financial services space

2. Working knowledge of technologies not limited to Python, Pyspark, Hadoop etc.

3. Strong business & analytics exposure

4. Technology or Statistics education background preferred
