Head - Analytics - BFSI - IIT/BITS/IIM/XLRI

As the Head of Analytics you will be responsible :

- Lead the function in providing analytical solutions that may range from business intelligence and reporting, data mining, predictive analysis, segmentation and modeling

- Partner with business leaders in various Business strategy by providing up-to date data and business analytics

- Be the face of the function for all Sr leaders

Essential Qualifications :

- A Post Graduate degree from a Tier 1 institute or BE/ BTech from a Tier 1 institute

- 13 to 20 years of experience in Analytics (preferably marketing Analytics) for Banking industry

- Atleast 3 years of people Management experience

- Flexible to a diverse range of work some of which could be exploratory in nature

- Proficient in the use of SAS and other analytical & statistical tools
