Head-BFSI Role with leading Analytics Firm

Position : Head-BFSI

Desired Skills and Experience :

- MBA from a Tier I MBA college with around 8 years of experience (with a sizeable experience in the analytics domain)

- Engineer/MA(Eco/Stats)/M.Sc from Tier I institutes with 10+ years of experience

- Excellent business analysis skills

- Familiarity with SAS, SQL and other analytical tools

- Should have worked with Consulting companies, Banks or Financial institutions in the business function using analytics for decisions

- Experience in leading an Analytics /BI function

- Worked in analytics company leading BFSI domain

- Experience in leading a team /managing relationship

Job Responsibilities :

- Help translate business problems to analytical frameworks: extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality

- Interfacing with clients for mapping requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions

- Contribute in the development of a customized analytical solutions for clients

- Help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support

- Play a business development role and generate additional projects from other clients within the organization

- Strong problem solving skills the ability to ask the right questions, formulate a comprehensive set of hypothesis, identify significant factors, and adopt the appropriate solution framework
