Head - Analytics - Bank

Responsibilities :

- Candidates Only From Bank

- Come up with analysis and policy based on data analytics

- In depth understanding of risk and marketing analytics and developing various scoring models

- Use Hadoop/SQL/NoSQL to accurately fetch data for analytics

- Create predictive models using various modeling techniques like Regression, Neural Network, Decision Trees etc in Python/R/SAS

In depth understanding of various BI tools to create various reports or analysis (Tableau or a similar tool)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/ Master's degree in Computer, IT, Math, Statistics, Analytics. Candidate with background in Statistics would be preferred.

- Minimum 5 years experience working in analytics (Waived in case of master's degree in Analytics field)

- Hands on experience in accessing data using Hadoop is a minimum requirement. Additional experience in accessing data using SQL/ NoSQL

- Hands on experience in creating models using Python (experience using R will be considered if the candidate is a quick learner)

- Need high attention to detail to make sure accuracy of the data and analysis

- Excellent communication skill to communicate finding with higher management
