Job Description :

- Responsible for developing and delivering advanced analytical solutions to solve complex business and financial metrics problem

- Setting the strategy and vision for managing tactical operations of the team.

- Required to work with large data sets using quantitative techniques and build complex statistical models.

- Ensures projects are staffed and tracked appropriately and conform to the development methodology

- Proposes projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts

- Collaboratively work with team members and customer centric.

- Works cross-functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs and to ensure timely high-quality reporting and analytics.

- Must ensure that the company has the necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations and strategic planning.

Desired Skills :

- Relevant Analytics experience of 10 years with overall experience of 15+ years

- Working knowledge of various statistical tools for risk analytics.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills.

- Leadership and Management Skills.
