Job Description :

- Handle Ticketing Operations for India and Middle East

- Handle a team of 50-60 executives catering to ticketing - Issue / Changes / Cancellation / Rescheduling etc.

- Handle the agent issues and queries as well as escalations

- Ensure customer service to B2B users

- Visit travel agents and build a rapport

- Manage corporate travel desk
