The role involves driving the top line & bottom line for Agri products offerings by the bank across geographies. The role closely work with Business Head to ramp up visibility in agri products space.
Role Specs :
- Product Development - Review existing portfolio and strategise to develop new mkts, channels, tie ups
- Market & Competition scenario mapping
- Regulatory management,
- Relationship Management - Manage internal & external customers
- Regular training on products & processes to all stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management - Review of business plans and strategies across product life cycles
- Monitor key performance metrics.
- Handle PSL aspect of products
Candidate specs :
- MBA / CA
- Must have atleast 12+ yrs expertise in product development
- Must be from Banking / Financial services background with agri product experience.
