Job Purpose :
Equipping and enabling the Cluster team with all the necessary backend support, lead and analytics for them to go and start hunting in the market so that there is an absolute clarity on the exact market/customer base that need to be targeted for sales activation and revenue growth.
Key Deliverables :
- Providing sales planning for handset led activation's, Dongle sales activation's and handset upgrades.
- Support on product and device requirement/placement in the market.
- Analysis and tracking of cluster wise, team member performance and productivity.
Required Competencies :
- Understanding of the market: Flair and aptitude to be in the market, understand market dynamics and customer need, competition analysis.
- High on analytics basis market insights and inputs
- Sales/service experience in a consumer durable market
- Understanding of corporate/SME/SOHO/HNI segment.
- Ability to work closely with front end team.
Years of Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience. Need to look for some who is currently working in a consumer durable industry with a proven track record. Experience of working in a device industry/telecom is an added advantage
Educational Qualification : Full time MBA or equivalent Degree from any University/Business school of repute.
