- Masters in Engineering, Management, Operations or related field.
- 15+ years of demonstrable content building and delivery leadership experience at an EdTech company/ University
- Adaptable to working under conditions of ambiguity in a fast-growth but highly scalable environment, ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Experience of architecting, deploying, and operating remote training delivery at scale
- Ensure best in class content development model and strategy focused on quality, speed to market, repeatability and reusability as well as geographical alignment
- Build and maintain a model of robust KPIs and tracking/ monitoring/ continuous improvement mechanism for the Academy training quality and effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish; executing on ensuring that statutory training requirements are met - Maintaining clear and visible communication streams with the various team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a platform and data driven model of searchable, organized content management model with a focus on scalability.
- Ensure high quality, standardized training delivery model with effective facilitator instructions, measurable models and remediation approaches that leads to the training outcome, Realign training model based on geographical regions
- Ensure best in class quality of training that drives maximum student outcome.
- Ensure clear visibility of the product pipeline and quality metrics
- Manage a team that delivers high impact results, overlooking optimization, providing actionable insights and execution
- Implement the best practices used globally
- Moderating/ Auditing training facilitation live and collecting regular feedback from learners and partners on delivery experience, Analyze risks, blockers, and opportunities, collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks and eliminate blockers to success
