Head - Agency Sales - Healthcare (10-17 yrs)
Position will report to: Senior VP-Agency
Purpose Of this Role:
- New Agent Activation Pan-India.
- Drive Health Sales in the Agency Pan India.
- Drive Emerging Markets to improve productivity.
Quantitative responsibilities:
New Agent Activation:
- Increase in New Agent activation from the current level to 60%.
- Drive Health Sales:
a) Increase in Health Sales business Pan India from the current level of 6% to 10% of the Agency GWP.
b) Increase in Health Agent by 100%
- Emerging Markets:
a) Increase in New Agent activation from the current level of to 60 %.
b) Increase Fresh Health Sales from these set of offices from the current level of
- Activity Management :
a) To initiate and execute activities across offices to increase the sales of retail Nonmotor Business .
Key Responsibility
1. Scope: Responsible for Pan India.
2. Monitoring and driving Agents Activation activities across locations.
3. Working with Agency team on the conversion of Inactive Agents and making them productive.
4. Driving Health Sales initiative through Agency channel across locations.
5. Monitoring and controlling cost of acquisition and loss ratios as per business plan.
6. Balance agency channel's portfolio within various classes and ensure profitability.
7. Initiate cross-selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition. Monitoring & focusing on the retention of business.
8. Well worth knowledge of LOB. Will keep continuous track of LOB wise Business and completion of Budget.
9. Expectations: Should have a thorough knowledge of the market, must be aware of competition practices.
- Should be well aware of the company underwriting and operation procedures and all other aspects required to ensure the achievement of desired objectives.
- Should have knowledge of the Insurance.
- Should have strong communication skills and should liaison effectively with various functions within the company.
