AFTERMARKET HEAD

Company Profile : A multinational oil, gas and energy company.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Managing Aftermarket network of 275 distributors & 30,000 retailers through the 4 Zonal Heads.

- Design & strategise distribution network implementation.

- To develop and implement strategic plans that will support existing client base and will enable the growth and profitability of the business.

- To identify strategic initiatives, new markets / customers, potential new product or service offerings.

- To work with the service delivery team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and that service levels expected by the customer are delivered.

- To develop sales tools and strategies strong enough to enable you to sell aftermarket solutions at a premium price.

- To provide detailed and accurate figures relating to results and to provide forecasts to senior management as required.

- Developing and executing strategies and business plans to achieve growth and profit margin goals.

- Monitor all inventory control records.

- Ensure customer satisfaction, customer account management, and in-coming order management; handle customer complaints concerning either parts or service after the individual store handles the complaint.

- Prepare and review an annual aftermarket budget.

- Prepare and submit proposals for Aftermarket business opportunities based on market data, costs, and any business unit guidance.

- Develop service department guidelines for pricing, margins, and labour factors.

- Assist with the overall planning of the dealership.

Required Profile :

Education : Post Graduation in Management from a premier institute.

Experience: About 15 +yrs experience in aftermarket, handling dealers & distribution network in FMCG, Lubricants industry.

- Strong negotiation skills & dynamic personality is a must.

Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
