Head - After Sales Service - HVAC/Elevators Industry (9-16 yrs)
All India Head for After sales service
Experience in After-sales service in HVAC & Elevators industries mandatory.
Responsibilities & main tasks -
- Technical Skill Pool Management.
- Assignment of Manpower,
- Team development.
- Installation Planning, Timesheet & Milestone Planning, Kick-Off Meetings with Customers, Manpower allocation, Technical Training and Trouble shooting,
- Selling Skills, including Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills, Mentoring and Coaching, Drive for Results and achievement orientation.
- AMC and Service Call Roster Management. Upgrade After Market Business Model.
- Installation, Commissioning, Spares Sales and AMC Sales Management.
Quantitative & qualitative results
- Responsible for the total After Market Business Budget
- Responsible for Installation Planning & Commissioning.
- Responsible for Technical Support for Customers and Partners.
- Managing the Installation Engineers / Service Technician/ Service Partners & the End Customer Expectations

Knowledge skills & Experience

- Must have managed a Service/Installation Team spread across at least 2 Regions.
- Minimum 5 years of After Market Business Experience.
