Head - After Sales Service - Equipment Business (5-10 yrs)

About the role :
- The Service Manager is responsible of defining the expected volume of service activities, the resources necessary to cope with it and of the co-ordination of all service-related matters within the Distributor organisation.
- The Service Manager also must have specific knowledge on both Equipment and Customers, thus making the service department a valuable "supplier of technical support" for the other Company functions involved in the Equipment development.
- Coordinate with Sales Team, supporting them to gain customer requirements, aligning to customer expectations and the needs of those working with customers.
- Building sales strategy & commercial readiness capability to ensure success in a rapidly changing environment.
The Service technical support is particularly important for the installation phase (of the Equipment development process), information feedback (required for a continuous improvement of the Equipment quality)
