Position brief :

Person needs to speak to key HNI/MNI clients directly and also RMS/PPS on market view, stock views investment ideas and trading strategies to :

- Make sure clients who come to company gets benefited thru company's Research and make money as also understand key to successful investing & trading

- Monitors dormant/stock inactive clients & generates communication personal/written to activate clients Direct/PP

- Helps acquisition team in making big clients for conversion thru research

- Has ability to grasp and analyze with help of research analyst, major developments impacting markets or stocks & communicates accordingly to clients well in time.

Functional Competencies :

- Understanding of Markets, macro interest rate, Currency

- Excellent understanding of the markets and the companies

- Higher order analytical skills for interpreting data

- Working Knowledge of basic research software (Bloomberg/Ace/Capitaline)

- Basic knowledge of fundamental & technical research

Managerial Competencies :

- Excellent Oral & Communication Skills

- Strategic capabilities for enhancing activity ratio and reactivation of clients

- Ability to build and expand team

- Ability to monitor clients profitability

- Good at pitching ideas to convince clients

Behavioral Competencies :

- Ability to convince clients, 2. Ability to form opinions on client's portfolio stocks

- Ability to develop social network (social intelligence) and relational skills
