Pinnacle is looking forward to hiring for the role of "Head Administration" for one of our leading "Financial Services" clients.
Location: Gurgaon
Scope : PAN India leadership role
Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for planning and execution of strategy for roll out of New Branches as well as relocation of existing branches in line with organizational needs
- Responsible for Project Management, Cost Optimization and Implementing Business Expansion Plans.
- Responsible for setting up of new offices right from scouting of premises to handover of branch to business from including site selection, negotiation and lease finalization with the landlords.
- Responsible for managing delivery of new offices from vendors; conduct branch readiness audit and ensure smooth handover of the branch to business.
- Responsible for Cost Control and timely implementation of all infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for handling compliance issues / correspondence with regulatory body for branch roll-out / closure / relocation, etc.
- Responsible for developing and streamlining systems to enhance operational / administrative effectiveness and meet operational costs within cost, timelines and quality parameters
- Directing development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans for commodities; identifying new potential vendors for strategic sourcing.
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of infrastructure to optimize resources and capacity utilization.
- Establishing and managing administrative activities including Infrastructure Management, Vendor Development, Budgeting, Housekeeping, Transport Management & Security Management to ensure departmental profitability.
- Analyse current processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
- Supervise and direct administrative support services to align with Organisational objectives
Competencies & Key Requirements : -
- 12 - 15 years of relevant work experience in Administration in retail financial services (Home Loans / Insurance / Banking, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Analytical, Planning and Organisational skills
- Managing data and converting it into actionable information
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
