Head - Administration & Facilities Management - Hospitality Firm (10-20 yrs)
- Plan and execute all administrative and facility management activities at a corporate office, VC residence and farmhouses.
- Efficient functioning of office canteens, guest houses, transport, travel, security, firefighting, housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, business continuity &risk assessment and ensuring a safe working environment
- Ensure the upkeep and regular maintenance/ repair of the office Infrastructure.
- Oversee and supervise administration at plants and regional offices across India.
- Plan and execute office lease, office renovation, and setup of new offices across India.
- Prepare Opex and Capex budget, monitor, review, and control all expenses within an approved budget.
- Vendor management, stakeholder management, sourcing, negotiation, contract finalization, monitoring, and timely payments.
- Event management during festivals, annual events, and employee welfare.
- Ensure all statutory compliance and liaise with Govt. authorities
- Conduct regular audits, review and formulate policies for smooth operations.
- Mentoring and motivating the team for excellence.
