Searching Army/Defense experience professionals to lead the office administration &amp; Facilities, Security works for Pan India level. Bangalore based position is with leading Client Company (backed by Group of investors &amp; growing in healthcare/Retail Industry). - Handling overall forecasting, budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX, Procurement, Distribution and Consumption of resources servicing over 2000 employees across India. - Engaged in the expansion of offices, establishments entailing selection of Vendors, Real estate Developers, Properties etc - Ensuring continuity in operations in all offices including infrastructure, buildings, security equipment in 24X7 environment. - Vendor management includes development and their functional management to get the seamless deliverables as per defined SLA. - Liaison with local Government authorities to ensure statutory requirements/ license are in place. - Drive the travel helpdesk team, to ensure travel &amp; accommodation arrangements are scheduled as per requirement. - Ensure upkeep of company fleet including servicing/ training of drivers to include soft skills. - Organise Corporate &amp; CSR events including selection, finalization of venue, etc. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Candidate Experience- ARMY/DEFENSE background with over 15 years of experience (Over 5 YOE in Private Industry) in General Administration, Infrastructures &amp; Facilities Management, Security, office Expansion/Project Management, Vendor Management, travel/transport Management, CSR, liaison, Safety Management, Event Management &amp; Team Management etc.
