Our client is a 5 year old online gaming company with market leading games in three segments - Poker, Rummy and Cricket. Their online games are ensured to be safe, trusted and secure for their customers. They have a registered base of over a million users and are working towards the growth of online gaming in the country. The founders are MIT alumni who bring with them immense tech and business knowledge to provide global level gaming services.

As a Head Acquisitions, you will be responsible for Media planning (channels to acquire) and for performance and branding campaigns.

What you will do:

- Allocating budgets and defining channel wise targets.

- Analysing monthly data to track the results.

- Daily ROI monitoring.

- Leading the team.

- Working efficiently with other marketing divisions like creative, design, social, tech to set up a good media ecosystem.

- Looking with an inclination for automation and getting more efficient models and tools into place.

- Delivering performance as per the defined targets & KPIs.

- Overlooking all marketing alliances.

What you need to have:

- Has a basic knowledge of SEO

Qualification : MBA needed

- You have experience optimising digital tools to monetising it and increase user base

- You have good understanding of the digital ecosystem

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
