Job Description

Overall responsibility for Accounting & Taxes :

- Accounts Payable

- Accounts Receivable

- General Ledger

- Fixed Assets Register and management

- Monthly & Quarterly closing and reporting

- Vendor & Inter Co Payments

- Direct Taxes - Operations & Compliance

- Transfer Pricing

- Indirect Taxes - Operations & Compliance

- Statutory, ROC, RBI Compliance

- Payroll

- Responsibility to get clean audit report from one of the Big 4 audit firms

- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and their application in day to day accounting

- SAP FI module working experience.

- Experience of 10-15 years

- Independent head of Accounts & Taxation in a Medium size MNC.
