Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize avenues of growth for existing accounts

- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities

- Designing collections strategies for various stages of delinquent customers to optimize collection efficiencies.

- Leverage analytics to formulate pre-emptive collection strategy & risk mitigation.

- Identify areas of new business partnership, increasing engagement, enhanced business profitability and future growth with existing accounts

- Responsible for management & regulatory reporting

- Developing and executing strategic plan to support achievement of sales targets and expand customer revenues

We are looking for a candidate with an MBA from Tier 1 institute with an experience into handling big sized accounts.
