With a leading NBFC Key Responsibilities: - Serving as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for the formulation of the overall organizational strategy and short term / long term business plans - Ensuring the robustness of accounting systems, so that, Statutory, Accounting and Financial records, are maintained for the company as per Statutory norms - Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business - To be familiar with RBI guidelines and compliance - Well versed and ensure compliance to Indian GAAP, Accounting Standards and Guidelines - Monthly review of Balance Sheet schedule, Variance analysis of all accounts month on month and finding the gaps Requirements : - Incumbent should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with about 14 to 15 years relevant experience. Exposure in the NBFC / Banking sector is an added advantage - Should be from a listed company and working in Corporate Accounting - Should have Core & applied knowledge of Accounting and well versed with Books of Accounts
