Job Title -Head Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Objective:

- To ensure accurate & on time Finalization of Accounts with Plant-wise profitability and effectively handle Direct Tax.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Preparation and details Analysis of Monthly MIS (Plant wise, location wise)

- Finalization of Accounts & detailed checking of Annual Reports, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss with details schedule

- Details Checking of Tax audit report and Annexure for filing with Income Tax

- Providing details to the statutory auditors for audit purpose and resolving the queries raised by the statutory auditors

- Details Ledger Scrutiny for finalization of Accounts:

- Rectification/Accounting entries in the system after ledger scrutiny Monitoring of Accounting entries in the system while closing books of accounts

- Coordinating and providing details to Income Tax consultants/Advocates for assessment and for appeals with CIT, ITAT and High Court

- Checking XBRL Return filing (Form 23AC and Form 23ACA)

- Helping in preparation of Transfer Pricing Audit Report System Analysis & Development in Navision

- Quarterly Results for Banks submission to finance dept Provide details for Bank Auditors

- Monthly Sales Figure for QIS data to finance Dept

- Monthly details to Management for the pending issue of accounts including Sales Tax position, "C" form collection status of customers, "C" form issue status for vendor, service tax & Excise & Income Tax

- Unit wise Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account:

- Unit wise Depreciation calculation and posting of entries in Navision Merged Balance Sheet of PPF & Kenson

- Coordinating & providing details to various consultants during the merger and takeover of other manufacturing units

- Providing details to consultants for the annual budgeting and forecasting

- Intercompany transfer of funds to minimize Tax impact Tax Planning & forecasting

- Preparation & checking of Income Tax returns, Computation for online filing with the Income Tax Dept

- Preparation and Verification of Income Tax Assessment Details

- Compliance and Applicability of Transfer Pricing Provisions Helping in preparation of Transfer Pricing Audit Report

- Computation of Advance Tax

- Checking of Balance Sheet and P&L a/c of JSC, TJC, JSC (HUF), PJC, HPC, PJC (HUF), VJC, AVC, VJC (HUF)
